Cooked in front of your guests
Tandoor and grill, live dosa and chaat, fresh-pulled jalebi, and a sugarcane juice press, each worked station by station in front of your guests. The open flame is the centerpiece nobody forgets.
The Pastry Studio

Gulab jamun cheesecake, ras malai cake cups, mango lassi donuts. Modern Indian pastry, made in house, plated to match the table.
